How to Make a Group Quote Request for Travel Agents?

Have you ever had a case when you need to book an airfare for 10 passengers and more? If you tried to do this on AgentSky.net, you’ve probably noticed that you can choose a maximum of 9 passengers (including children and/or infants) for a regular booking. So if your client has a big group of travelers, we have a solution for you.
With Group Request feature travel agents can easily book an airline trip for 10 and more passengers at once. You can request a group quote anytime with AgentSky.net.
How to do a Group Request?
To complete a group booking you need to have a working AgentSky account. Join us now if you haven’t already.
Now, when you have logged in to your account, you need to click on the “GROUP REQUEST” button at the top of the website. Your profile page will open at “MY GROUPS” tab, here you can manage all of your group requests.
To create a new group booking click on the “REQUEST GROUP QUOTE” button. After you accept terms and conditions, you will need to fill in the request form.
Enter group name, and select the type of your group. You can choose from a variety of categories: Students, Meetings/Incentives, Family, Sports, Seniors, Church/Humanitarian, Musicians or Cultural. Then we recommend you to select your preferred airlines. It is not obligatory but it makes our work a lot easier. And after that, you should specify your destination and departure airports and dates. You can add your personal comments for our agents if you have some special instructions. Once you’ve completed the form you can click “SUBMIT” button to send your request.
What’s next?
Once you submit the form, your group quote request appears on “MY GROUPS” page and has status “NEW”. That means that your request is sent, but nobody started working with it yet. When our agents will start processing your group quote, status changes to “IN PROGRESS”. After your quote is sent to airlines, status of the request changes to “QUOTED”. It takes about 24 hours for airline to process a group quote. But this time period may vary depending on complexity of the group.On this stage our agents are always in touch with you to notify about any updates or to answer any questions you have.

- PASSENGERS DETAILS – Click on this button to provide passenger names and birthdates.
- CANCEL REQUEST – Use this button to cancel your request.
