AgentSky Enhances Operations with a Modernized Search Engine

RH Travel, Inc., a leading global airfare consolidator, expands its international collaboration with key players in the travel industry. The latest manifestation of this trend was a business meeting between top executives from RH Travel and ClarityTTS, which is offering a wide range of sophisticated travel technology solutions.

During the meeting held this Wednesday, the parties confirmed plans for the implementation of ClarityTTS' Internet Booking Engine on RH Travel's online platforms. They also finalized the schedule for updating the flight search and booking system.

"In the new version of our corporate search engine, we aim to combine all the capabilities of the ClarityTTS product with our best practices in customer service, providing competitive airfares, and ensuring network security," commented Igor Kopmar, Founder and CEO of RH Travel, Inc. "I am confident that our collaboration with ClarityTTS will benefit all travel agents operating on RH Travel's online platforms, including AgentSky.net."

On his part, Sreevatsan Varadhan, Vice President of ClarityTTS, confirmed the intentions of both parties and clarified, "Considering the specific requirements of our partners, the implementation of the search engine will certainly take more than a day or two. However, I can assure you that this process will not be prolonged unnecessarily."

According to Andrey Gogu, CTO at RH Travel, the updates will take place in multiple stages. The first stage will involve the registration procedure for new travel agents on the company's online platforms. "I want to reassure our clients," says Andrey Gogu, "the technical upgrade process will not affect the current operations of RH Travel's online platforms and will not cause any inconvenience to our travel agents."
